Return and Refund Policy

We want Seibertron customers to receive gear that fits their use and expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, contact our support team first so we can confirm eligibility, provide the correct return address, and recommend the fastest next step.

Return window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are new, unworn, unwashed, clean, and returned with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

How to request a return

  1. Email support before shipping anything back. Include your order number, proof of purchase, product photos if relevant, and the reason for return.
  2. Wait for return authorization and the correct return address. Returns sent without support confirmation can be delayed or refused.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with tags attached and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
  4. Ship with a trackable method and keep the receipt until the return has been received and resolved.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Approved refunds are normally processed within 1-2 business days after inspection, although your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless our support team confirms otherwise. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by the order issue or applicable law.

Items that may be refused

Returns may be refused if products are used, washed, damaged, missing tags, missing packaging, modified, affected by misuse, or otherwise not in saleable condition.

Exchanges

For a different size or product, return the original item first. After the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement gear.

Warranty review

For potential defects in materials or workmanship, contact us with photos, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue. We will review repair, replacement, or refund options where appropriate. Coverage excludes purchases outside Seibertron or authorized dealers, misuse, abuse, tampering, customer modification, and caustic exposure.
