Shipping Policy

Seibertron Sports offers worldwide shipping for online orders. Fulfillment method, delivery estimate, carrier, and tracking timing can vary by destination, stock location, product availability, and order type.

Shipping coverage

We offer free worldwide shipping on eligible store orders unless a different shipping charge or method is shown at checkout. Available shipping destinations and methods may vary by product, destination, carrier restrictions, and local rules.

Order processing time

Orders are normally processed and prepared within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery methods and estimates

Amazon fulfillment: Orders shipped to the United States and European countries may be fulfilled by Amazon. Estimated delivery is typically 3-7 business days after shipment.
Non-Amazon shipments: Orders not fulfilled by Amazon may ship by China Post or another suitable carrier. Transit can range from about two weeks to longer depending on destination, customs handling, and local delivery conditions.
Bulk orders: Mixed-product bulk orders over 21 kg may be reviewed for DHL, FedEx, or another express route. Carrier selection depends on actual weight, volume, destination, and order requirements.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available after the shipment leaves the warehouse or fulfillment center. If one order ships in multiple parcels, tracking numbers and arrival dates may differ.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges are not included in product prices or shipping charges unless clearly stated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any destination-country charges required by local authorities.

Delivery delays

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, customs inspections, carrier delays, address issues, holidays, and product availability may affect delivery timing. We will help review tracking information when an order appears delayed.

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable addresses provided at checkout.
